With an upcoming ban on the sale of new petrol/diesel cars from 2030 as well as more and more cities implementing Clean Air Zones it is of paramount importance for drivers to transition to greener vehicles.
Q-Park are committed to supporting this transition through improved EV infrastructure but also partnering with like minded companies who can offer value to our customers. Q-Park are pleased to be working with The Electric Car Scheme. The Electric Car Scheme enables staff across the UK to submit a request for a heavily discounted electric car through their employers, in a similar vein to the popular Cycle to Work scheme. This high-demand new staff benefit is a UK Government tax incentive and works via a salary sacrifice scheme. This ends up saving employees between 30-60% on an electric car of their choice. On the scheme, employees can make savings on the full range of electric cars available on the market across lease providers.

Those who partake in this scheme can also be comforted to know that Q-Park will have the charging infrastructure to meet their needs. They already have a National Network of 250 Electric Charging points and have recently signed a deal to invest £3m into installing 600 chargepoints across their Estate.
Those who wish to apply for the scheme can do so here.
