  • Push the flashing button on the machine on your way in to take a ticket. Alternatively, if you would like to pay by contactless card, you can 'Tap & Go' by tapping your bank card on the contactless pad.

  • No. You can turn up at a car park on the day too, but pre-booking ensures that you do not have to worry about finding a place to park. 

  • When pre-booking, you pay online at the time of booking. If not pre-booking, you can pay at the pay machine using the methods available - this is shown on the tariff board and pay machines at the car park and on each car park page on the website. 

    You can also use our contactless option, Tap & Go, when available. 

  • Payment methods vary per car park. You can check your chosen car park on this website or on the tariff boards on site. 

  • You can take a look at all of our products here and choose which is best for you. 


  • Pre-booking means you can prepay for your parking, and ensure you have a space and less to worry about on the day of your trip. It saves time and starts your day with ease. 

  • While we cannot guarantee a space, we do monitor parker numbers and do our best to ensure there is space for pre-booking customers. In the unlikely event that there is no space, you will be given a parking space in one of our nearby sites. 

  • Pre-booking can be done online or on the move using our brand new mobile app - Q-Park Rewards.

    Bookings need to be made up to midnight the day before you wish to park as our team will be expecting your arrival.  


    How to book:

    • Select the Location you wish to park and click ‘Next'
    • Select single day product from the drop down list, enter the date and number of cars you wish to park
    • If you have any promotional codes please enter and update the price.
    • Click on ‘Book Parking’ to proceed to Confirm Reservation 
    • If you wish to book for more than one day our multi-day booking option is also available
    • Complete the booking details and payment at the checkout
    • Once you've done this, confirmation will be sent by email with full details of how to use the pre-booking at the selected car park


    Please note that when you pre-book your parking you can only enter and exit the car park during times you have booked. Your car must remain in the car park for the duration of the booking, you will not be able to exit and re-enter multiple times.

  • No. Once you exit the car park, that will be the end of the session.

Disabled Parking

  • We have disabled parking spaces at most of our car parks. Look out for the icon and number of spaces available on the car park pages on this website. If you require further assistance, please get in touch via our Contact Us page. 

  • Disabled parking is charged at the usual rate of the car park. However, our disabled parking bays are wider than our standard bays, and in more convenient locations near to exits and lifts.
