No. You can turn up at a car park on the day too, but pre-booking ensures that you do not have to worry about finding a place to park.
When pre-booking, you pay online at the time of booking. If not pre-booking, you can pay at the pay machine using the methods available - this is shown on the tariff board and pay machines at the car park and on each car park page on the website.
You can also use our contactless option, Tap & Go, when available.

Pre-booking means you can prepay for your parking, and ensure you have a space and less to worry about on the day of your trip. It saves time and starts your day with ease.
While we cannot guarantee a space, we do monitor parker numbers and do our best to ensure there is space for pre-booking customers. In the unlikely event that there is no space, you will be given a parking space in one of our nearby sites.

No. Once you exit the car park, that will be the end of the session.
You will receive an instructional flyer on how to use your Season ticket when your card arrives.

We have disabled parking spaces at most of our car parks. Look out for the icon and number of spaces available on the car park pages on this website. If you require further assistance, please get in touch via our Contact Us page.
Disabled parking is charged at the usual rate of the car park. However, our disabled parking bays are wider than our standard bays, and in more convenient locations near to exits and lifts.
We offer free motorcycle parking at our Westminster sites. You can see which Westminster Q-Park car parks have motorcycle spaces by checking the car park page or using our search feature.
Outside of Westminster, where it is free, you will be charged at the same price as for cars.
