How it works
After the upgrade is complete, your Smart Upgrade Pass will appear in your Q-Park app.
Ensure an active number plate is linked to this pass. Before parking, update both your Season Ticket and Smart Upgrade Pass with the correct number plate to ensure accurate session tracking.
Use your access device to enter and exit the car park. No need to pre-book or use pay machines!
Charges (with your 15% discount) will be invoiced and collected via Direct Debit at the end of the month. [Direct debit form]
Eligibility
To qualify for the free Smart Upgrade, you must have a Direct Debit set up with Q-Park.
Important for Fleet Users: If your pass is part of a fleet under a business account, please speak to your fleet manager to confirm whether you are permitted to have this upgrade. Any usage will be invoiced to the business, and your fleet manager will need to order the pass on your behalf.
