Q-Park are delighted to announce a partnership with the Electric Vehicle Association England. Q-Park will be providing discounted parking for EVA Members at their car parks across the UK.

EVA England is a membership organisation for existing, new, and prospective motorists of electric vehicles. They are a not-for-profit community interest company that was established in June 2020 by six EV enthusiasts who had noticed the advocacy available to drivers in other countries. Their aim is to identify key issues and barriers relating to EV adoption with members, and then take action to address them with Government, local authorities, and industry organisations. They are a volunteer-led organisation and have some famous EV enthusiasts who are honorary members. These include Robert Llewellyn, Ade Adepitan and Martin Offiah.

Q-Park are recognised to be one of the most forward-thinking sustainable parking operators in the UK who have the widest spread network of city centre charging infrastructure in the country. This includes over 250 public electric vehicle charging points across their asset portfolio. Following some COVID delays Q-Park are aiming to go full steam ahead with the expansion of the charging point network to meet the demands of the EV market.

EVA England members can access a discount promo code on the members section of their website. This promo code can be used to pre-book parking online with Q-Park and receive a 20% discount. With Q-Park having parking facilities in most of the UK’s major cities EVA England members can be comfortable knowing they can find safe and secure parking at a lower price for their leisure or business trips.

John Denton, Head of Sales & Marketing commented ‘We are delighted to be able to offer discounted parking to EVA England members. As a recently converted Electric Vehicle driver myself, the advocacy that this association provides for its members is crucially important in the effort to reach Net Zero and we believe EV owners need a safe and secure place to park their car in the city centres.’

Bridget Phelps, Chair of EVA England said ‘We are always on the lookout for partners that can add value to our membership, and we feel Q-Park are a perfect fit for this. We look forward to seeing them continue the rollout of charging facilities in their car parks.’
