Season Ticket Freeze

The Freeze period ended on 19th July 2021.

Following the governments decision to lift most Covid restrictions, we can confirm that the Season Ticket Freeze period ends on 19th July 2021.

A credit note for the freeze period will be applied to your first Season Ticket renewal after the freeze period ends.

Your freeze period began the day you submitted the 'Season Ticket Freeze Form'. By freezing your Season Ticket you agreed to not access your designated Q-Park car park from the date you submitted the form until the freeze period ended.

Terms and Conditions

• Resident Season Tickets are excluded from this initiative
• If the Season Ticket is used the freeze period will automatically end
• Any changes to the freeze period end date will be updated on this page
• To receive the credit, the contract must be renewed in its entirety once the freeze period ends
• Any Season Tickets that are linked to lease conditions are excluded
• Credit note will only apply to a renewed invoice after the freeze period ends
