New Q-Park Car Parks
Your car park is now part of the Q-Park network. Find your location, view customer information and stay updated on future improvements, app availability and season tickets.
Welcome to Q-Park. We are pleased to confirm that a number of new parking facilities have now joined the Q-Park network across the UK.
Season Ticket Holders
If you currently hold a valid season ticket for one of these car parks, your existing season ticket will continue to be honoured following the transfer to Q-Park. Should this change at any point, this page will be updated with further information before any changes take effect.

What Happens Next?
Over the coming months, we will be introducing a range of Q-Park services and improvements across these locations. As each site is integrated into the Q-Park network, customers will benefit from enhanced parking technology, improved facilities and the high standard of service expected across our UK portfolio.
Depending on the location, improvements may include online pre-booking, support for the Q-Park App, upgraded payment equipment, refurbishment works, EV charging and additional customer services.
Existing season ticket holders do not need to take any action unless advised otherwise on this page.
As these enhancements are introduced, we will continue to update this page with the latest information.

Get Ready for the Q-Park App
Our newly acquired car parks will soon be available through the Q-Park App, making parking quicker and more convenient.
We recommend downloading the app now and creating your account in advance. Once your chosen car park is added, you'll already be registered and ready to enjoy a faster parking experience.
With the Q-Park App you can:
- Park using convenient ticketless entry and exit at participating locations.
- View your parking history and receipts.
- Manage your payment details securely.
- Access participating Q-Park locations from a single account.

How to Use the Q-Park App
1. Download the App
Download the Q-Park Go app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Activate Q-Park Go
- Open the app.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to activate your account and set up your payment method.
3. Select Parking
- Tap Parking In at the bottom of the screen.
4. Search for the Car Park
- In the search bar at the top of the screen, enter the location name or location code. ex. 1111
5. Choose the Parking Rate
- Select Standard Car Park Rate or a specific rate where applicable.
6. Start a Parking Session
- Tap Start Session.
7. Select Parking Duration
- Use the scrolling wheel to choose the length of time you wish to park.
8. Confirm Parking
- Tap Start Parking to begin your parking session.
