The Edinburgh Playhouse is a 3,059 seater theatre in Edinburgh. It is the largest theatre in Scotland and second largest in the UK after the Hammersmith Apollo in London.
The theatre opened in 1929 and was designed by Architect John Fairweather, modelled on the Roxy Cinema in New York city. Q-Park is the official parking partner of the Ambassador Theatre group which owns and operates the Edinburgh Playhouse.
