Request a Refund - Incorrect Tariff

If you wish to request a refund, please fill out the form below and we will process your request or be in touch for more information if required within 24 hours.

Please note:

  • Before submitting this form, please ensure the transaction has been debited from your account as we cannot track "pending" transaction.
  • Cash refunds will only be considered with a valid receipt.

Please provide your account number in order to receive your refund amount.
