The Manchester Arena (AO Arena) is a £52m indoor arena located near the centre of Manchester. The 21,000 capacity venue has the largest indoor seating capacity in the UK and the second-largest in Europe. Opening its doors in 1995, the arena has hosted musicians, comedians, and large-scale sporting events including the 2002 Commonwealth Games.
Q-Park Deansgate North car park provides nearby parking for Manchester Arena. The car park is a short walk from the arena and is one of the safest and most secure places to park in the area. The car park entrance is protected by automatic steel shutters and the pedestrian entrance is only accessible if you have a ticket or have pre-booked parking online. There are over 450 parking spaces in the facility which is well lit and monitored by CCTV 24/7.
If the event you are attending is in the evening, you can take advantage of our Evening Parking Special which only costs £7.50 to park between 5pm - 2am. To take advantage of this product you must book online between these two times. The official Manchester Arena car park charges £10 for event parking.
There is very limited street parking near The AO Arena, and Q-Park's secure car park gives you peace of mind that your vehicle will be safe whilst you enjoy yourself during the event. Not only is the car park safe, but you can also enjoy a quick exit after the event and avoid the busy traffic outside the arena.
The Manchester Arena has hosted a number of high-profile acts including Madonna, Take That, Beyonce, Led Zeppelin, Adele, Peter Kay and Kevin Hart.
