Q-Park Meet & Greet is an off-airport parking option for passengers travelling from Heathrow and Gatwick. Simply drive to the designated Q-Park location, hand over your vehicle and take the shuttle bus to the airport while the Q-Park team parks your car for you.
2. How does Q-Park Meet & Greet parking work?
On the day of your flight, drive to the Q-Park location specified in your booking confirmation. Once you arrive, hand your vehicle over to the Q-Park team and board the shuttle bus to the airport. Your vehicle will be parked for you while you are away.
3. Do I drive directly to Heathrow or Gatwick Airport?
No. With Q-Park Meet & Greet, you drive to the designated Q-Park location rather than directly to the airport. From there, a shuttle bus will take you to Heathrow or Gatwick Airport. Check your booking confirmation for the correct address and arrival instructions.
4. Where do I leave my car with Q-Park?
When you arrive at the Q-Park location, follow the instructions for the designated vehicle drop-off area. Hand your vehicle over to the Q-Park team and they will take care of parking it, leaving you free to board the shuttle bus to the airport.
5. How do I get from Q-Park to Heathrow or Gatwick Airport?
A shuttle bus service takes customers from the Q-Park location to the airport. Once you have handed over your vehicle, simply board the shuttle for your transfer to Heathrow or Gatwick. Allow enough time for the transfer when planning your journey.
6. How early should I arrive at Q-Park before my flight?
Make sure you allow enough time to hand over your vehicle, board the shuttle bus and travel to the airport before your flight. We recommend checking your booking confirmation for specific arrival guidance and allowing extra time during busy travel periods.
7. What happens to my car while I am away?
After you hand over your vehicle, the Q-Park team will park it for you at the off-airport parking location. Your vehicle will remain parked there for the duration of your booking, ready for your return.
8. How do I collect my car when I return?
After landing at Heathrow or Gatwick, follow the return instructions provided with your booking. Take the shuttle bus back to the Q-Park location, where you can collect your vehicle and continue your journey home.
9. What happens if my flight back to Heathrow or Gatwick is delayed?
If your return flight is delayed or your travel plans change, follow the instructions provided in your Q-Park booking confirmation. Where required, contact the parking team to advise them of any significant changes to your expected return time.
