Q-Park Ltd is an independent international parking company with good to strong market positions in many European countries. We fulfil the need for quality parking solutions at strategic locations.
Q-Park Ltd (West Region) employs 430 individuals and has over 15 million customers across the UK and Ireland who all recognise our house style and respect our trustworthy ethos. Q-Park Ltd successfully provides a solid overall performance, hospitable people, and an outstanding financial base. We embrace cultural and social sensitivities in our quality ambition.
Q-Park Ltd situated at 72 Merrion Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS2 8LW acknowledges its responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and has a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and is committed to acting ethically, with integrity and transparency in all business dealings.
Where practicably possible the Company will safeguard against any form of modern slavery and human trafficking taking place within the business and/or our supply chain network.
Due diligence processes for slavery and human trafficking
In order to achieve this, Q-Park is committed to ensuring transparency within the organisation and with suppliers of goods and services to the organisation. We are satisfied from our own due diligence there is no evidence of modern slavery or human trafficking within our organisation.
As part of our obligations, we require that all of our employees, contractors, suppliers and service providers are aware of the Act and adhere to the principles contained within it. Q-Park will not knowingly engage with any contractors, suppliers and service providers involved in human trafficking and modern slavery.
Our supply chain includes a variety of products and services from parking equipment and IT hardware and software through to recruitment agencies and training providers. Suppliers will be requested to confirm they are aware of the Act and adhere to the principles contained within it. If it becomes apparent that there is a breach of the Act within our supply chain, our working relationship would be reviewed and steps would be taken to encourage acknowledge and adherence or bringing the supplier contract to an end.
Our recruitment process requires us to monitor and certify all new starters’ proof of right to work in the UK documentation. We ensure the recruitment agencies we work with support and operate within the areas of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Q-Park Ltd is therefore confident that any of its workforce are not obtained by means of slavery or human trafficking.
Q-Park has a Whistleblowing Policy in place which can be used if colleagues suspect modern slavery or human trafficking is taking place.
Our Modern Day Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy Statement will be reviewed on a regular basis.
