Updates from Q-Park in response to the Covid-19 outbreak

Find out about how to freeze your existing Season Ticket, which car parks are affected by closures and what Q-Park are doing in response to the outbreak.

Freezing your Season Ticket

We are continuing to follow Government advice and as such the majority of our Car Parks will remain open to serve those customers who need to travel into the city including key workers.

However if you are an existing Season Ticket holder and you wish to freeze your contract, we are able to do that for a temporary period up until the 24th of April. This freeze period will be reviewed continuously and could be extended subject to the Government advice.

To summarise, the freeze will be effective from the date this form is submitted until at least the 24th of April. At the end of the freeze period we will credit your renewal invoice.

Please note during the freeze your card will not be operational so you will not be able to use it to access the car park.

To freeze your Season Ticket simply fill out the form by clicking the link below.
