Safe parking service for women at Q-Park

Q-Park car parks across the country are providing a special service for women, by walking them to their vehicle. The service has been introduced to ensure that women customers are totally confident about using the car park at all times.

 

Parking operator Q-Park is well aware of the worries women have about returning to a car park after dark or at a quiet time of the day. Consequently, it is particularly focused on high levels of safety, with its bright security lighting and 24-hour CCTV, a commitment to super-clear signage and to a spotless environment earning it the prestigious European Standard Parking Award (ESPA). Only three car parks in the UK hold this standard and all are operated by Q-Park.

 

Q-Park believes that this service, along with a strong overall emphasis on safety, will help allay women’s fears about using car parks at night as well as dispel any concerns they may have about day-time use.

 

In addition, members of Q-Park staff are also available to help any vehicle user requiring assistance, such as parents that may be struggling with children, push chairs and shopping.
