In Q-Park's view, parking is not an end in itself, but part of the total mobility chain. Customers don't park for parking's sake, but because they want to reach their final destination such as offices, shops, homes or a place of entertainment.

Q-Park stands for quality in parking, with quality the basis of all its activities, both internal and external. Q-Park's strict quality criteria manifest as well lit, clean, safe parking facilities, with the customer given top priority. To ensure that we meet customer need for convenience and speed, we are introducing new state-of-the-art systems designed to simplify payment and access.

Q-Park's uniformed customer-focused parking hosts are the face of the organisation. Q-Park makes sure that it’s staff are well trained, with an emphasis on product knowledge, technical skills and a service-minded attitude.
Consistent housestyle
All Q-Park's parking facilities have a distinct, recognisable and consistent house style. All the car parks, as an example, display a metallic chequered plate, and use blue lighting and red and green signage and equipment. Q-Park applies these elements not only in its parking facilities but also across all its internal and external communication to ensure Group-wide uniformity and cohesion.
Group Awards
The Q-Park organisation has demonstrated its dedication to quality by achieving ISO 9001 certification. More than 65% of the Q-Park car parks have received the European Standard Parking Award (ESPA). Q-Park is the only European parking organisation that has received the international EPA (European Parking Association) Award four times.
UK Awards
Q-Park UK holds 56 Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme accreditations and is the first UK parking operator to receive 12 European Standard Parking Awards (ESPA). It is the only UK car park operator to have won a RoSPA Health & Safety Award.
