     Can I pre-book a space?

        

     We have a number of car parks in London for which you can pre-book your car parking space. Click here to book your space now. You can now pre-book a disabled parking space as well.

       

     Is there disabled parking at your car parks?

        

     Disabled parking is available at our Central London car parks with the following exceptions:-  Knightsbridge, Oxford Street, Soho and St Johns Wood.

        

     My season ticket doesn't appear to be working/I have lost my season ticket, how can I get a replacement?

     What is the price for a business/resident/electric season ticket?

How can I apply for a season ticket?

How quickly can I get a season ticket set up?

 

Within 7 working days, but we usually aim to set these up within 48 hours.

 

When does my season ticket expire?

 

This depends which product you buy, however the date will be agreed at the time of purchase.  Please call the sales team on: 0113 238 4263 or email: sales@q-park.co.uk.

 

The machine didn't give me a receipt, how can I get one?

 

Please send an email request to info@q-park.co.uk detailing the the car park name, the date you parked and the amount you paid and we can arrange a receipt for your parking.

 

Your ticket machine charged me twice, how do I go about getting a refund?

 

Please email your request to info@q-park.co.uk and we will arrange a refund directly into your bank account. We will need your bank details to do this.

 

Which is the nearest car park to the theatre I am visiting, and can I use the Theatreland discount offer?  Can I pre-book?

Is motorcycle parking free?

 

All of our parking facilities allow you to park a motorcycle for free with the exception of Burlington Street and Butlers Wharf. However please ensure you park in one of the designated motorcycle bays to avoid being charged.

 

I want to bring a mini-van into the car park, what is the height restriction?

 

This varies, please refer to the individual car park pages where the height is displayed.

 

I have a trailer on my car, which car park would be the best one for me to use?

 

Marylebone. This is our only surface car park in Central London.

Which car parks are out of the congestion zone?

 

Knightsbridge, Pimlico, St Johns Wood, Queensway and Park Lane are all outside the congestion charging zone.
