I used this car park many times last year while on a course and always found him to be polite and helpful. I returned to Bury yesterday and again parked on Q-Park. It's so nice to see the same polite and courteous attendant was still there. What a lovely genuine person. He is a credit to your team.

'I was in your Jamaica Street car park in Glasgow today. I generally prefer parking there anyway because it is usually closer to the areas that I intend to visit Today however, is the first time I have visited your car park in several months and what a shock I got.


The car parking spaces are massive!!! Honesty, this is fantastic. Now I can't say that I have any real issue with parking my car, however one thing I take issue with is that the size of cars is ever increasing yet car parking spaces rarely do. Case and point, the original Ka - the tiny one is no longer that size, its now the size of the old fiesta. The new fiesta is now the size of the old focus. The new focus is the same size as my dad's old Mondeo! Car parking spaces? Still the same size.
Your car park however, was a delight to park in today. I realise that car parks probably don't get lavished with praise often, but what you have done is created a loyal customer today. Even if I am shopping in the Buchannan Galleries, I will more than likely park in your Jamaica Street car park and walk up.


The least I could do was take a minute to comment on how fantastic it is - Thank you!'

'I am writing to inform you of the wonderful service we received from two members of staff at Q-Park OMNI in Edinburgh. Whilst my husband was in hospital I left my car in this car park as I was residing at a near by hotel.


I very foolishly left the lights on when I left the car and when I returned the following to day realised that my battery was flat.  A complete stranger to Edinburgh, I collected my husband by taxi from the hospital and returned to the car in an attempt to find someone willing to help us jump start the car so we could begin our 200 mile journey home. Unfortunately it became apparent most people were unwilling to help.


My husband approached Steve Gray who happily helped us with the jump pack on site. Unfortunately it was only able to assist in cars with engines under 1.6 so didn't do the job.


Steve returned shortly with his colleague John Cootes who used his own car, fuel and jump leads to get our car going again. He didn't need to do this but did so and both men spent sometime in getting our car going.


We are so grateful to these gentlemen for providing exceptional customer service and helping us in our hour of need. We tried to offer a cash gift as a thank you but were advised they can not accept gifts. Thanks to these individuals we were eventually reunited with our small children when we got home after a trying couple of days.'

'Thank you to your staff in returning my laptop which was left at Q- Park Durham Road. 


As you can imagine, as well as the cost of the machine, the significant loss is the data on it and the inconvenience caused in arranging its replacement.  I had it back in my possession within the week and in no small part this is due to your staff.

Not only did they offer immediate assistance when I returned upon realising my mistake, the supervisor the day after view the CCTV footage until she identified the person who found the laptop and arranged for its return.

"Thank you for the kind actions of your night security supervisor Patrick Devoe. Tonight after finishing a 12 hour nursing shift at the Sheffield Walk in centre down Broad lane, to my horror my car battery was flat.. Yes the last thing you want after a long day. I had already paid for my parking but alas at that stage I couldn't start my car. I got in touch with one of your night help controllers and he told me Patrick would come over to assist me. 

Within 5 minutes Patrick arrived, to which there was no charger onsite, he then went to another site and picked one up and got my car started straight away. I offered Patrick money, a coffee, a meal.. To which he declined. I felt compelled to be in touch to say how grateful I was to Patrick and Q park for helping me out at my time of need.

I was in Manchester last weekend for the Great Britain Masters Swimming Championships and had pre-booked car park. We were staying in the Ibis Hotel in Portland Street. 


Having never used Q-Park before we did not know the 'system'. Thank goodness for 'Brian' the car park attendant, he was amazing he explained everything. He checked our booking, as all I had was a reference number. He took time to explain the exit procedure and he really was so very very helpful. He said he would be on duty on the Sunday when we were leaving to assist. I collected my car and was on my way in a couple of minutes. He was great. Also the car park was impeccably clean and bright. The new car park is AMAZING! I have a season ticket and park there 5 days a week and I love it!  It's a massive improvement from the wasteland we parked on before. The new car park is really handy for work, it's clean, has good sized spaces and is well lit at night which is really important to me as its often late when I'm leaving. I firstly lost my keys and they helped me out really quickly and didn't make me feel like a nuisance. Secondly I left an important folder when I went to collect said keys, and I was nearly away from Aberdeen before I realised, your lady at the security kiosk (at the front with 2 gates) was great on the phone and she even ran out to my car to allow me to save further time. She didn't have to do that however it was so helpful as I had to make a 2.5 hour journey home for which I was already 1 hour late due to my stupidity with the keys!

 

It's rare that someone goes out their way nowadays and I feel that she has to be highlighted for her helpfulness rather than the usual complaints.

 

Thanks again for all your help and I will always use your car park as a result. It was also not as expensive as I thought."

They were trying to located his car to return it to his home address. A Q-Park host met the company's PA and checked the parking ticket to find the correct site, he then accompanied the lady to the car park to locate the car.


Later that day, the car park received a lovely voicemail stating that they had excelled expectations in customer service and had been a pleasure to deal with, the lady also stated that after such good, personal service she would never park with anyone but Q-Park and that the owner of the car was eternally grateful for our help."
