The superior parking destination, Q-Park, located on Charles Street, has attained an industry Park Mark Award for its high standards of safety and security, making it perfect for safety-conscious mums, senior citizens and women on their own.
The Q-Park team has taken extensive measures to ensure the public feels safe when using the customer focused parking destination, which hires out baby buggies and umbrellas at no extra charge. The car park is manned by a Q-Park Host who carries out regular patrols to ensure safety and maintain cleanliness and is also connected to the Q-Park Control Room in Holland where staff monitor CCTV cameras and can assist customers on a 24 hour basis via the intercom system.
The pedestrian entrances are secure; only those with a parking ticket can gain access to them. CCTV and evening vehicle entrance security shutters prevent undesirables from entering the building.
Said Adam Bidder, Managing Director of Q-Park: “When our customers park their cars, we believe they have a right to a safe, clean, friendly and crime-free parking experience and that’s what we work tremendously hard to provide at Q-Park.”
Adam was presented with the award at the recent high profile launch event of Charles Street, which involved an evening of amazing entertainment and networking, attended by over 250 movers and shakers from local corporate, celebrity and media circles.
