Staff at a car park on Charles Street are celebrating a zero crime rating under the management of Q-Park.
The Q-Park, located in Sheffield City Centre near to St Paul’s Hotel and Sheffield Theatres has attained an industry Park Mark Award for its high standards of safety and security making it perfect for mums, senior citizens and women on their own who can all be escorted directly to their cars by a Q-Park Parking Host.
Wider parking bays make it much easier to open car doors and help children inside whilst a free child buggy is available for occasions when buggies are forgotten or left behind or due to lack of boot space. There is also a shoe shine machine and the free loan of umbrellas for those rainy days in Sheffield.
The Q-Park team have taken extensive measures to ensure the public feel safe when using the customer focused parking destination including ensuring that the parking destination is bright, clean and spacious with top grade CCTV, special 24 hour lighting, clearly illuminated signage, emergency exit lighting and glass fronted Parking Host lodges with a safe, friendly customer service area.
Said Adam Bidder, managing director of Q-Park: “We work tremendously hard to ensure that we keep crime out of our car parks whilst keeping them safe, clean and friendly.”
