The car parks are made ultra safe and secure using a raft of measures including a bright, light, clean and spacious environment; top grade CCTV; special 24-hour lighting; clearly illuminated signage; emergency exit lighting; glazed doors to stair and lift areas and well lit stairs and stair wells to maximise visibility; and glass fronted parking host lodges with a safe, friendly customer service area.
To make women feel extra safe and comfortable and to take the worry out of late night parking, friendly on-site staff will readily provide an escort-to car or to pay station service. Car park staff will also happily drive women overloaded with goods to their car in a golf buggy.

Wider parking bays make it much easier to open car doors and help children inside and a free child buggy loan is available for occasions when a buggy was left behind in error or there was simply no room in the car. And for those wanting to make sure they look their best before venturing out of the car park a complementary shoe shine machine is available and umbrellas can be loaned free of charge.
