Q-Park Pre-Paid Card
As a regular visitor to the city for business or leisure, you can park easily and quickly at the same Q-Park car park every time with the Q-Park Pre-Paid card. You can top up your card at the pay machines at any time with any amount and the balance of the pass will remain valid for 12 months. Alternatively, you can go to the lodge where a Q-Park Parking Host can top it up for you.

How does it work?
When entering the car park, you insert the card into the card reader to open the barrier. You then do the same when exiting, after which the parking amount will be debited from your card. And, to make it even more convenient, the card reader monitor first displays the amount owed followed by your remaining balance.
Tip!
When entering the car park, pay attention to the balance amount shown on the card reader monitor. If your balance is low, top up your card at the pay machine before you exit the car park.
Topping up your card
It is extremely easy to top up your card. Simply insert your card into the pay machine and the amount remaining on your card will be displayed on the monitor. If you insert money into the pay machine, this will be added to the card automatically.
You can use cash or credit card to top up your card but please note that if you use a credit card a minimum top up amount will be charged.
Where can you buy it?
Q-Park Pre-Paid card is available from your parking host in the Q-Park car park. Please visit the Host’s Lodge next time you visit the car park and they will be happy to assist you.
